Wild Olive Country Retreat, a self catering secluded guest home is only 1hour 20 minutes from Sandton, and is positioned in the country 12kms from Parys, Free State. It is a charming home, on a working farm, of Nguni cattle and sheep. It is situated in the foothills of the largest Wild Olive Forest in the Southern Hemisphere which is in the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site.
The home is positioned among the natural rock outcrops of the Vredefort Dome, and has delightful picnic spots. It has sweeping views of the Vaal River and spectacular sunsets down the valley. ‘Wild Olive’, is in easy reach of many outdoor activities, such as:
